Ron Sowers was the first President of the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association. Along with others, he was instrumental in the negotiations of the first collective bargaining agreement in Palm Beach County. He served as President of the PBCPBA from 1973 – 1982, May his soul rest in peace.
